Indian School – Dar es Salaam, under the aegis of the High Commission, hosted the Inter-School Art Competition at the High Commission of India’s MP Hall on 10th October 2026, bringing together 48 students from 12 schools across Dar es Salaam. We are grateful to the High Commissioner of India for this opportunity. The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Mrs. Mayura Dey, spouse of the High Commissioner of India to Tanzania, Mr. Bishwadip Dey. Members of the Indian Parliamentary Delegation, visiting Tanzania to attend the 153rd IPU Assembly in Arusha, visited the venue, interacted with the young artists, and appreciated their creativity and enthusiasm.
We also acknowledge SHTL’s valuable support in organising the event.
