We had a very special and solemn ceremony on June 8th 2023. The Investiture ceremony – the taking over of the school cabinet by the newly appointed Captains, Vice-Captains, and Prefects.
As part of our endeavor to empower the students, and to let them partake in the day-to-day running of the School, leaders are chosen from among the senior students.
Captains and Vice Captains are appointed for the School, Sports, Literary and Cultural Activities, and for the four Houses. The Captains, Vice Captains, along with the Prefects are called upon to contribute significantly to assist the teachers in maintaining discipline and to organize and conduct various programmes and activities in the school. Accorded the opportunity in this manner, the students develop leadership qualities, organizational capacity, and self-confidence. Above all a spirit of service is inculcated in them.
